I'm a writer, singer-songwriter and artist with a longstanding fascination for the human experience: who we are, what shapes us, and how we find our way towards living more truthfully.
My creative journey has taken me through music, acting, writing and performance. During my years in London, I pursued singing and songwriting, performing live and exploring my voice as an artist. I also hold a degree in acting, an experience that deepened my appreciation for storytelling, emotional expression and the many ways we connect through art.
Over time, my interests have expanded beyond performance into a deeper exploration of the inner life. Psychology, faith and personal growth have become recurring threads in my writing, informing how I think about identity, creativity and what it means to become more fully ourselves.
Today, I bring these interests together through music, essays, poetry and spoken reflections. While the forms of expression may differ, the questions beneath them are often the same: What does it mean to know ourselves? How do our experiences shape us? And how might creativity help us discover something true?
Alongside my artistic work, I offer one-to-one coaching. A space for thoughtful conversation, deeper self-understanding and exploring the questions that arise as we navigate life.
At the heart of everything I create is a curiosity about the relationship between our inner lives and the ways we express ourselves in the world.
